The focus of the innovation forum for medium-sized companies was on inspiring concepts for future working environments that make companies innovative, digital and attractive employers. In the beautiful rooms of the Fairmont Hotel, executives and managing directors processed questions and experiences about the 5 construction sites of New Work with the help of effective workshop methods.

Module 1 - DIMENSIONS OF DIGITIZATION

Sustainable companies must be digital, agile and adaptive. Buzzwords such as big data, agile management, disruption, Industry 4.0 and the Internet of Things are raging through the media and conferences. Often, however, there is no overarching picture that brings all of these terms into context.

Module 2 - THE TECHNOLOGICAL DIMENSION OF DIGITALIZATION

In the age of digitization, Business 4.0 describes the comprehensive concept of using computerized technologies, data exchange and automation to connect people with all points in the value creation process.

Module 2 deals with connectivity - the technological dimension of digitization. Using case studies, we will show you fields of application and benefits from various industries.

Module 3 - THE STRUCTURAL DIMENSION OF DIGITALIZATION

Workshifting? A giles management? Self-guidance? Technological as well as social change require companies to deal with new forms of work in order to be more adaptable in the market and more attractive as an employer.

In module 3 we deal with the world of work in a digital organization and new, inspiring models for collaboration, leadership and value systems.
