MY APPROACH

Since 2003 I have been offering consulting, project management and interim management for innovation projects in medium-sized companies.

From my point of view, innovations are fed by the forces that a company already carries within itself. As a group dynamic event, similar to a performance in a concert hall, all people from different disciplines involved in the value creation process need to work together harmoniously - in front of and behind the stage. Shaping this interaction and giving medium-sized companies an innovative edge over the competition - that's what I stand for!
