If you believe that your data has been processed unlawfully, you can lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority.

Deletion of data

Unless your request conflicts with a legal obligation to store data (eg data retention), you have a right to have your data deleted. Data stored by us will be deleted if it is no longer required for its intended use and there are no legal retention periods. If deletion is not possible because the data is required for legal purposes, data processing will be restricted. In this case, the data will be blocked and not processed for other purposes.

Users of this website may exercise their right of objection and object to the processing of their personal data at any time.

Data protection in the application process

We process the personal data of applicants for the purpose of handling the application procedure. Processing may also be carried out electronically. This is particularly the case if an applicant sends us corresponding application documents electronically, for example by e-mail. If an employment contract is concluded with an applicant, the transmitted data will be stored for the purpose of processing the employment relationship in compliance with the statutory provisions. If no employment contract is concluded, the application documents will be automatically deleted six months after the announcement of the rejection decision, provided that no other legitimate interests of the person responsible stand in the way of deletion. The legal basis for this is Art. 6, para. 1 lit. a DS-GMO.

Rules on the provision of data and consequences of failure to provide them

The provision of personal data is partly required by law (eg tax regulations, protection of minors) or may also result from contractual regulations (eg information on the contractual partner). To conclude a contract, it may be necessary for you to provide us with personal data, which must subsequently be processed by us. For example, you are obliged to provide us with personal data if our company enters into a contract with it. Failure to provide personal data would mean that the contract could not be concluded.

Automatic decision making

An automated decision making does not take place through us.

Changes to the data protection declaration

The person responsible reserves the right to adapt security and data protection measures if this becomes necessary due to technical or legal developments. In these cases, the person responsible will also adapt these notes on data protection accordingly. Please therefore note the current version of our data protection information.
