Claudia Krüger has further developed the concept of the app-based user study "Deep Dive User Experience" in cooperation with market researchers from the Schöttmer Institute and presented it at the German Excellence Award.
The top-class jury awarded the innovative method for identifying user wishes 1st place in the Marketing & Consulting category.
